It is a great book! Im not married yet,though it is a good understanding of surrender to God and surrender to a child of God as the wife is a sister and child of God I should treat Her as such

This Devotional came into my life at the right time. My marriage hit a drastic low and it was all because of me. I thought my wife was going to leave me and I would not have blamed her. This Devotional got me back on track. Closer to God and closer to my wife than ever before. I wish I would have found it sooner, but it's a great Devotional.

I read this whole devotional and it was really good. I have truly used this devotional through my marriage. I do recommend getting this devotional.

I really appreciate the daily inspiration I received as I went through this resource! I like that it gave me lots of Scripture to look up each day, and lots of space (margin) to be able to make notes as I read them in the book for reference when I go through it again.

This is the second time I have gone through the material, and this time I wrote right in the book and marked it all up (the first time I didn’t because I thought I might pass the book on to someone else). That is what I suggest for everyone to do - mark it up and write in the book as you read! It really helped me focus and I feel when I pick it up again it will feel more like a personalized devotional journal than just a book.

Biblically inspirational content that helps you learn to love your wife like Jesus. A great read for any man who seriously wants to grow in his role as a husband and father!

I liked that there was Scripture, a lesson, a prayer, a challenge, and some prompts for journaling each day. A guided prayer can be helpful when you don't know what to say. Some questions to start from for journaling is very helpful for me. There were a lot of typos in this book. It wasn't a big deal, but it was rather distracting. It seems like it should have been proofread better before being published. A lot of things seemed pretty basic in this book. For someone who's just starting to take their marriage seriously or is in an unhealthy place this might be a really good stating point, but for someone who's been intentionally working at their marriage for years it doesn't feel like it's moving you along further very much.
